Devonport in Spring


The weather has warmed up nicely and the homes are close to completion. In November we intend to start marketing, by which time we would've decided on a RealEstate agent.

Kitchens are virtually in now. Slow closing draws add that extra touch to the feel of everything.

Unique in Devonport


The Don Home Reserve is the only residential property in Devonport that allows you to virtually live in the Don Reserve. The two elevated homes are currently situated on 1800 square meters of (soon to be) regenerated bushland. Secluded yet safely adjoining other homes, walking distance from milk and a paper.

Painters are currently painting the inside and outside and scaffolding is coming down soon. Estimated completion is is still for late October, early November.

Once these two executive homes are finished RFS will commence construction on the two lower blocks, depending on buyers! We hope to sell the two elevated homes with the vacant blocks below them to retain the spacious forest feel. Almost ready for the painters!


The first two homes are at lock-up stage now! At this point we are still ready to sell these homes at 'off-the-plan' pricing without real-estate fees. New Devonport Realestate Listing!


We are proud to announce that we are now properly listed on Domain.com.au and on Forsalebyowner.com.au and soon will be on www.realestate.com.au as well. This means that we will soon be yielding enquiries for Don Home Reserve.

Just remember we are intending to build four homes on each of the two blocks. The two elevated homes that are just about nearing completion are listed at $399k. As soon as one of these two sells RFS will start construction on the lower two homes UNLESS those purchasing the elevated homes also buy the block below them. Of course the elvated homes are designed to be overlooking the lower ones so no forest views will be impeded no matter what!

Lunson Joinery Kitchen


We are proud of our custom design gourmet kitchen. A kitchen is where we all spend a lot of time, so we have an 'island' with comfortable seating for four. In addition we have paid attention to the geeks in the house for whom we have included small shelves on the end of the isle to charge a phone or laptop. We have included both power and a phone/data socket there specifically for that, oh and for blenders and toasters and all the other old fashioned good stuff!
